Start with yoga in 2026
Start the new year with renewed energy and begin practicing yoga during my 12-week program to restart your practice,
every Friday from January 9 to March 27 (7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)
or
every Saturday from January 10 to March 28 (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
In a small group of 4 people, we will go back to basics for 12 weeks. My aim is to motivate you to devote at least one fixed moment per week to the connection between body and mind, with explanation and technique.
Every week, I will take you on a 2-hour journey through the rich world of yoga,
because it is so much more than just a pose.
Together, we will go through a program in which we will discuss and experience the different aspects of yoga, such as:
The different yoga models
A bit of history and evolution
The different styles of philosophy and how we interpret them today
Body and mind
The power of vinyasa (moving with the breath)
Rest (meditation, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra)
Yoga therapy
Do you want more strength, flexibility, mobility, and depth? We will use yoga to meet your needs and interests! Each class will focus on a specific topic and practice. This way, we will work towards your personal goal.
